Particularly the liver which is the main organ for detoxification. If you smoke or drink regularly, it is best to begin your detox journey by reducing or stopping these habits.

Detoxifying your body has many benefits. Apart from this, it helps in avoiding diseases, cleansing your body can help you lose weight. Which is why many people are fond of it. Detoxification involves eating healthy and having an active lifestyle which are key elements in having a lean and fit body.
