Encore will protect the privacy of all Users in accordance with its privacy policy. Encore will not monitor, add, delete, modify, or disable personal information, or transfer the content of personal information to third parties, including sponsored advertisers, except for information that may be illegal, infringing, or in violation of the Terms of Service, or with your consent.
If some of the Services are jointly operated by Encore and other partners, you may choose not to use those specific services if you do not wish to disclose your personal information to other partners, but by using those specific services, you agree to provide your personal information to the partners of those specific services; Encore will explicitly inform you before collecting or transferring the information. Encore will explicitly inform you prior to the collection or transfer of data before disclosing your personal information to the service provider of that particular service.
You agree that Encore may access or provide your personal information to a court of law, a competent authority, or to a third party who provides appropriate proof that their rights have been violated, if
(1) by law or by order of a judicial administrative body
(2) For the purpose of enforcing the terms of service of the User
(3) To maintain the normal operation and security of the User’s service system
(4) To protect the legitimate rights and interests of other Users or other third parties


3. Right to Modify the Private Policy

Encore reserves the right to modify these Private Policy at any time. The modified Private Policy for Encore Users will be posted on the Platform’s  Services website, and you agree to read them on your own initiative without separate notice to the user from Encore.
The invalidity, in whole or in part, of any of the private policy set forth in this Agreement shall not affect the validity of any other valid terms.


4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation, supplement and application of these Private Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China.
The Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance for litigation arising out of these Private Policy.
